Phased Implementation of Licenses and Training
The first user group was onboarded to the system in July 2025. Model trainings were planned for August 2025. Continuous capacity monitoring and development activities are carried out by the BAU AI Competence Unit.
Stage 2
Co-Design New Use Cases
An internal idea portal will be launched where all BAU stakeholders, units, and individuals can propose AI pilot projects.
Stage 3
Measure and Share the Impact
Through transparent dashboards, participation, efficiency gains, and learning outcomes will be monitored; this data will guide future AI initiatives.
